Rationale: Gender inclusion is fundamental to achieving equitable development and harnessing the full potential of all members of society. The ATMS Foundation recognizes that addressing gender disparities and empowering women and girls are crucial for economic development, poverty reduction, and social cohesion.

Implementation: Through its initiatives, the Foundation seeks to eliminate barriers to education and employment for women, promote women’s leadership and participation in decision-making processes, and support women entrepreneurs and small business owners. Gender-sensitive approaches are integrated into all programs to ensure that both men and women can benefit equitably from development efforts.
